Lost/stolen equipment	6	5	30	Make sure at least one person is with equipment at all times/ keep check of everything that we take with us.
Falling over	8	4	32	Be cautious and don’t rush, carry equipment equally, watch where you are walking and bring a first aid kit just incase
Make-up allergies	2	6	12	Only use make up that the artist has used before or complete a patch test before using new make-up.
Cars – being in the way of traffic	4	9	36	Follow the green cross code and look out/be aware of cars.
Pedestrians – getting in the shots	6	1	6	Look out for pedestrians before filming the shot and be prepared to film again if need be. Make sure we don’t take up too much room and we could politely ask them to go around the camera rather than appear in the shot.
